1) How can I become a patient at Gold Coast Pulmonary & Sleep?
In order to become a patient at Gold Coast, ask your primary care
physican to provide a referral to be seen at our office. Our easy to
use referral can be downloaded from our website here.
Physicians may download our referral form, obtain the necessary
authorizations, and fax the paperwork to our office. See here.
2) What is OSA?
OSA stands for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Click here for more

3) What is COPD?
COPD stands for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. It is a
lung disease in which the lung is damaged, making it hard to
breath.
4) What is CPAP?
CPAP stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. Click

5) What is a PFT?
A PFT is a Pulmonary Function Test, used to measure lung
function.
